摘要：
A fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy set (FNIFS) is a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy set. The fundamental characteristic of FNIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are trigonometric fuzzy numbers rather than exact numbers. In this paper, we define some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and, based on these operational laws, develop some new arithmetic aggregation operators, such as the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (FIFWA) operator, the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (FIFOWA) operator and the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid aggregation (FIFHA) operator for aggregating fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Furthermore, we give an application of the FIFHA operator to multiple attribute decision making based on fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach.

In this paper, a shunting inhibitory cellular neural network with leakage delays and continuously distributed delays of neutral type is considered. Some sufficient conditions are established to ensure that all solutions of the networks converge exponentially to zero point, which are new and complement of previously known results.

By using a variational method and some critical points theorems, we establish some results on the multiplicity of solutions for second-order impulsive differential equation depending on two real parameters on the half-line. In addition, two examples to illustrate our results are given.
摘要：
Quantum fluctuations from frustration can trigger quantum spin liquids (QSLs) at zero temperature. However, it is unclear how thermal fluctuations affect a QSL. We employ state-of-the-art tensor network-based methods to explore the ground state and thermodynamic properties of the spin-1/2 kagome Heisenberg antiferromagnet (KHA). Its ground state is shown to be consistent with a gapless QSL by observing the absence of zero-magnetization plateau as well as the algebraic behaviors of susceptibility and specific heat at low temperatures, respectively. We show that there exists an algebraic paramagnetic liquid (APL) that possesses both the paramagnetic properties and the algebraic behaviors inherited from the QSL. The APL is induced under the interplay between quantum fluctuations from geometrical frustration and thermal fluctuations. By studying the temperature-dependent behaviors of specific heat and magnetic susceptibility, a finite-temperature phase diagram in a magnetic field is suggested, where various phases are identified. This present study gains useful insight into the thermodynamic properties of the spin-1/2 KHA with or without a magnetic field and is helpful for relevant experimental studies. During the last decades, the electron impact excitation (EIE) process has aroused much interest in various research areas. This process is crucial to the diagnoses of astrophysical and laboratory plasmas. Moreover, the EIE studies play an important role in understanding the quantum electrodynamic, many-electron, and hyperfine interaction effects in heavy atomic systems. As is well known, when ions are excited by collisions with a unidirectional beam of electrons, the magnetic sublevels of the excited state may be populated with nonstatistical probability. In the decay of the excited state, the emitted radiation is found to be anisotropic and polarized. From the analysis of the polarization, valuable information can be obtained. These properties have become indispensable tools for the diagnosis of plasma state and the analysis of complex spectrum formation mechanism. Up to now, however, most of studies have dealt with the linear polarization of X-ray radiation. Fewer publications have reported the circular polarization. Moreover, theoretical studies of the characteristic X-ray emission have just dealt with ions having zero nuclear spin, or have simply omitted all contributions that arise from such a spin. It is known that some kinds of ions each have a nuclear spin I not equal 0. Owing to the hyperfine coupling, new decay channel will be open, namely, hyperfine-induced transition. It is thus important to analyze how the hyperfine interaction affects the polarization properties of X-ray radiation. In this study, we present a systematically theoretical analysis of the polarization and angular distribution of X-ray radiation during the hyperfine-induced transition. The calculations are performed by using a fully relativistic distortedwave method. Special attention is paid to the studies of angular correlations and polarization properties of the 1s2p P-3(2) F-i = 3/2 -> 1s(2) S-1 F-f = 1/2 decay for highly charged He-like Sc19+ and Tl-205(79+) ions with nuclear spin I = 1/2 following impact excitation by a completely longitudinally-polarized electron beam. Two effects, i.e.the BI and the mutipole mixing between the leading M2 decay and hyperfine-induced E1 decay, on the polarization of the emitted radiation are discussed. Our results show that both the BI and the E1-M2 interference effects may significantly affect the polarization and angular emission pattern of the transition line. For example, the BI and the E1-M2 mixing lead the circular polarization to increase by about 50% and 40% for Tl-205(79+) ions, respectively. With the development of the X-ray detectors, the measurement on the polarization during the hyperfine-induced transition becomes feasible. We hope that the present results would be useful in resolving some disagreement between the theories and experiments relating to the polarization properties of the X-ray radiation.

Employing two state-of-the-art methods, multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock and second-order many-body perturbation theory, highly accurate calculations are performed for the lowest 316 fine-structure levels arising from the 2s(2)2p(3), 2s2p(4), 2p(5), 2s(2)2p(2)3l, 2s2p(3)3l, 2p(4)3l, and 2s(2)2p(2)4l configurations in nitrogen-like Se XXVIII. Complete and consistent atomic data, including excitation energies, lifetimes, wavelengths, hyperfine structures, Linde g(J)-factors, and E1, E2, M1, M2 line strengths, oscillator strengths, and transition rates among these 316 levels are provided. Comparisons are made between the present two data sets, as well as with other available experimental and theoretical values. Previous measured lines of Se XXVIII are affected by large errors for some transitions, and should be remeasured. The present calculations provide a consistent and accurate data set for line identification and modeling purposes, which can also be considered as a benchmark for other calculations. The present data are accurate enough for identification and deblending of emission lines involving the n = 3, 4 levels, and are also useful for modeling and diagnosing fusion plasmas. We report a set of theoretical data for the energy levels, wavelengths, transition rates of electric/magnetic-dipole (E1/M1) and electric/magnetic-quadrupole (E2/M2) transitions for the L-shell charge states of Y30+ Y31+, Y32+ Y33+ Y34+, and Y36+ and the similar spectroscopic data of the 166 fine-structure levels arising from the 2s(2), 2s2p, 2p(2), 2snl (n=3,4,5; l=0,1,2,3,4), and 2pnl (n=3,4,5; l=0,1,2,3,4) configurations of Y35+, obtained using the second-order relativistic many-body perturbation theory (MBPT). The overall quality of the calculations is assessed by comparisons with the other available theoretical values and the measured spectra in the Electron Beam Ion Trap (EBIT) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). For these yttrium ions, only a few levels have been experimentally established. The accuracy of our calculations is however high enough to facilitate identifications of observed lines. The present new data, fill in a gap in the available data of the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) transitions for these ions particularly important for fusion research where their spectra can provide diagnostic information on hot plasmas, in particular in fusion devices. 摘要：
This paper addresses the controllability for an interconnected two-time-scale second-order multi-agent system. Firstly, to eliminate the singular perturbation parameter, we separate the multi-agent system into slow subsystem and fast subsystem by using singular perturbation methods. Then, based on matrix theory, some necessary and/or sufficient criteria are derived for second-order controllability of two-time-scale multi-agent systems with multiple leaders. Moreover, we propose some easy-to-use second-order controllability criteria determined only by eigenvalues of system matrices. Lastly, the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results is illustrated by a simulation example. (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

摘要：
This paper proposes an experimentally feasible scheme for implementing quantum dense coding of trapped-ion system in decoherence-free states. As the phase changes due to time evolution of components with different eigenenergies of quantum superposition are completely frozen, quantum dense coding based on this model would be perfect. The scheme is insensitive to heating of vibrational mode and Bell states can be exactly distinguished via detecting the ionic state.
